Quartz Studio support covers:
- installation from Microsoft Store;
- launch and workspace creation;
- manual capture and consent-based assisted capture;
- local OCR behavior;
- local review and blur workflow;
- HTML, PDF and DOCX exports;
- licensing and Store entitlement questions;
- bug reports for Quartz Studio features.
2. Before Contacting Support
Please include:
- Quartz Studio version, for example
0.2.2; - Windows version and edition;
- whether the app was installed from Microsoft Store;
- a short description of the issue;
- the steps needed to reproduce the issue;
- any non-confidential error message shown by the app.
Do not send passwords, API keys, credentials, customer data, confidential screenshots, confidential exports or personal data unless you have reviewed and intentionally chosen to share that content for support.
3. Privacy Reminder
Quartz Studio is local-first. Captures, OCR, annotations and exports are processed locally by the app. If you send files or screenshots to support, those files become part of the support request you chose to submit.
4. Known Store Notes
- Core capture, review and export workflows are local after installation.
- Windows OCR availability can depend on installed Windows language/OCR components.
- Assisted capture by click requires explicit consent during an active session.
- Quartz Studio does not capture keyboard input and does not install a resident background service.
