Quartz Studio End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to Quartz Studio, a software product by Red Viciousse.

License

Red Viciousse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Quartz Studio according to the applicable store terms and product documentation.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, tamper with license checks or use Quartz Studio in a way that violates applicable law.

Updates

Quartz Studio may receive updates, fixes or changes through the Microsoft Store or other official distribution channels.

Ownership

Quartz Studio, its brand, interface, documentation and related materials remain the property of Red Viciousse unless stated otherwise.

Warranty and liability

Quartz Studio is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every workflow. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
